ABOUT -

Our task was to design and create a solution in the form of a product catalog and a list of the nearest distributors.

At the same time, it was necessary to create a problem-free and validated import of products and stores, which is managed by the client's external software.

Ørgreen Optics' old website was built on Wordpress without any room for improvement and unfortunately, with a ton of bugs. First, we tried to fix what was already broken, but soon found out this is not the way. We would only end up draining client's account for something unfixable.

We decided to take a different approach. By proposing a new way of thinking, ditching the old unrealiable Wordpress website and admin and do something custom and new.

After many brainstorming sessions within the team and with the client, we decided to use OctoberCMS, a Laravel-Based CMS. We were provided with a new fresh re-designed website by the client.
